INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE ARTICLE 13, LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30th JUNE 2003, No. 196

Roen Srl with its registered office in via XXV Aprile, 20, 59016 Poggio a Caiano (PO) VAT number 00287020978, as Data Controller, provides the following information according to the article 13, Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, No. 196 (Code regarding personal data protection), relative to the user’s data processing on the website www.roen-textile.it
Roen Srl collects, through its website, personal data particularly and voluntarily provided by the customers and users. Personal data means the information able to identify a specific person, such as, for example, the user’s address, telephone number or e-mail address.
The data provided by the user, including the ones required in the website’s apposite sections, will be used for the following purposes:
a) allow the accreditation to the website reserved area, collect and execute the orders forwarded by the customers through the website, allow the payment of the products, allow the delivery of the bought products;
b) meet the obligations set by the laws, by the bylaws and by the Community legislation, as well as meet the orders of the Public Authority;
c) performance of the following services: newsletter; customer satisfaction surveys; direct and indirect marketing; sending commercial and promotional proposals of the Roen Srl and/or of the affiliated companies and/or of third parties partnering Roen Srl.
Providing personal data is mandatory for the purposes a) and b): the possible refusal to provide the personal data will make objectively impossible to transact and buy products through the website.
Providing and processing personal data for the purposes c) is optional.
In any case, the provided data could be transferred or communicated, in order to allow the achievement of the higher purposes (including the ones under a) and b)), to affiliated companies or third parties which provide to Roen Srl data processing services or perform complementary activities to the ones performed by Roen Srl, even to allow the execution of the contract.
Roen Srl will take all the safety measures able to minimize the risks of destruction, loss, unauthorized access or not allowed, or not consistent with the purpose of collecting personal data (under the Article 31, Legislative Decree 196/2003) personal data processing.
Data will be processed with handmade tools, as well computer and automated tools.
Those concerned will have the right, in any time, to get the confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data, and to know their content and their origin, verify their accuracy or ask for their integration or their updating, or for their rectification, according to the Article 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding personal data protection). According to the same article, those concerned will have the right to ask for the deletion, the transformation under anonymous or the block of data processed in violation of the law, as well as, in any case, to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
